When you rent from Signature Rentals, you're not calling a maintenance company located hundreds of miles away.
Our management team, leasing staff, and maintenance professionals are right here in Richmond.
Our regular maintenance team includes 4+ local technicians who handle a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance needs. For specialized or non-routine work, we also work with trusted local contractors and strategic partners.
It's all part of keeping our properties—and our residents—taken care of.
Getting Help Is Easy
Need something repaired? You can submit a maintenance request through your Resident Center mobile app, through your online resident portal, or by calling our office team.
If you're submitting your request through the Resident Center app or portal, you can also include photos or video to help our team better understand the issue. Once your request is received, our team will coordinate a convenient time with you to complete the work. And we're not finished when the technician leaves. After the repair, a member of our office team will typically follow up by phone or text to make sure the issue was resolved and that you're satisfied with the service.
Because the job isn't complete until you're taken care of.
24/7 Emergency Maintenance
Some problems simply can't wait until the next business day. That's why Signature Rentals provides 24/7 emergency maintenance support for situations that require immediate attention.
Emergency maintenance is reserved for serious issues such as:
- Flooding or major water leaks
- Fire or fire-related emergencies
- A busted water heater
- No heat during cold weather
- No air conditioning during extreme heat
- Other situations that pose an immediate threat to your safety, property, or ability to remain comfortably in your home
For routine maintenance requests, please submit your request through Resident Center or contact our office during normal business hours.

We've lived here for almost a year. Anytime, we've needed maintenance, they have been here within a day or less. For the money, it's spacious. I wanted to find used for the kids but rent is so expensive. We've decided to lease for another year. I like that it's pretty quiet place, near so many fast food places, as well as, grocery stores.
We just moved into a Signature Rental property. The office staff is great, very polite. The maintenance crew, some of the best in the business. During the ice storm they was present and doing a great job. I totally would recommend Signature Rentals if you are looking for an apartment.

This was the first apartment that I lived in and the experience has been nothing less than wonderful. Eric, the landlord, is extremely accommodating and oriented. If there was ever a maintenance issue it would be fixed in less than 48 hours. The price is more than reasonable for everything that you are getting out of his apartment and townhomes. Also, they are some of the few apartments that allow animals. I would highly recommend renting from Signature Rentals LLC. You will not be disappointed!
Eric and the crew have been one of my favorite landlords over the years. Properties are well-maintained, safe, and maintenance is prompt. The staff is very friendly and I’d sometimes go visit just to see them. I highly recommend for those needing a good place in Richmond.
